Accuracy of Content
InToro has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, to ensure that the prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, inToro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the accuracy of information contained in any of the materials on this website. inToro Skins reserve the right in their sole discretion to reject any content (text, photographs or graphics) submitted by you in your order for a custom skin. When placing your order, you have acknowledged that inToro Skins may review your order and the content submitted by you to inToro Skins prior to production in order to meet our guidelines and compliance with the Terms & Conditions. inToro Skins and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, move or delete any content we find offensive , objectionable or unlawful.
inToro Skins are absolved from all copyright infringement laws. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that you have the rights to any content uploaded to this website or sent to inToro via any other means. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any copyright infringing content submitted by you. You acknowledge and agree that inToro Skins may preserve content but may also disclose any content if required to do so by law responding to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties or protect the rights, property, and personal safety of the Company itself. inToro reseve the right to disclose or preserve any content to protect its users and the general public.
Purchase and Delivery
All orders placed within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail. Most orders are received within 1-2 working day of the product being sent, however, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your product. All products sent via post are insured up to the value of 28 pounds only. Products are only considered 'lost' if they have not been received within 14 days of dispatch.
If the customer wishes for any product(s) to be sent via any other method then this can be arranged, however, any additional postage and packaging costs will then vary and a one-off payment will need to be made from the customer to InToro
The price you pay will be the price displayed on this website at the time of your purchase, this includes the prices of shipping and packing (rates can be viewed here). Errors and Omissions are excluded, we reserve the right not to send an item if we make a pricing error. We reserve the right to sell the same items at higher or lower prices elsewhere or on this website.
inToro Skins manufacture each skin individually adhering to the customer's personal requests therefore we are not able to offer any refunds after the production has been completed.
The warranty on all inToro Skins products is limited to the image quality of the skin only. If the skin shows any signs of reduction in image quality in the first two years we will reproduce the skin for free where it is deemed applicable.
You will need to supply proof of purchase (this can be downloaded from your online inToro account) to claim your warranty. The cost of returning the damaged skin back to inToro will be the customer’s responsibility. You should always contact us if you are unsure whether you can return an item to us for a replacement. Please note that there will be a charge for the shipping and packing materials of the replacement skins. Delivery rates are fixed subject to rate changes.
You will be able to claim on your warranty if:
• The printed image skin shows signs of fading.
• The printed image skin shows signs of blurring.
• The printed image skin shows signs of smudging.
• The printed image skin shows signs of water damage.
You will not be able to claim on your warranty if:
• The skin starts to peel on any corners of the device.
• The skin is scratched or dented.
• The skin is discolored by an accessory or case.
• The skin is discolored or damaged by any chemicals, alcoholic liquids, foods or any other damaging liquids.
• The skin is exposed to heat, other than from the actual device itself.
Products of inToro under a warranty claim will be tested; replacement decisions will be made at our discretion. inToro reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim.
The delivery times listed on our website refer to the delivery of the skin only. Due to the nature of the production process and the fact that each skin is individual produced, we cannot guarantee dispatch time. Our average production is 1-2 business days during regular periods.
Competitions and promotions
From time to time we will run promotions and discounts on our website. This will usually be via email or website banners which allow you to receive discounts or have a free product in addition to a purchase. inToro reserve the right to stop or cancel these promotions at any time without warning or notice. If a free product is being offered then a customer must purchase an item to receive their free gift. We will not ship a free item without a purchase being made. Furthermore, should we not have sufficient stock left to give as a free item we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any money owed.
